Atlanta, Ga. (March 22, 2001)... The Borghese, the luxurious Buckhead condominium development
that is part of the mixed-use residential and commercial Piazza at Paces
community is pleased to announce the grand opening of two stunning model homes
on April 5, 2001. Designed by the award-winning internationally acclaimed
Toronto-based design firms of Chapman Design, Ltd., and Norma King Design,
Inc., the model homes at The Borghese exhibit the style, grace and
sophistication of European living. This event will also celebrate the opening
of the elegant Grand Rotunda lobby and The Intermezzo Club Room on the
building's amenities level.

Chapman
Design Group, Ltd., and Norma King Design, Inc., have established reputations
for design excellence on projects throughout North America and the Caribbean.
Both firms specialize in the interior design and decoration of common areas,
sales centers and models within the residential development industry for the
purposes of sales and marketing.
Founded in 1980 by Alex Chapman, Chapman Design Group, Ltd., offers a full range of design/marketing
and project/construction services. The firm combines marketing sensitivity and
attention to detail in order to create solutions that will successfully meet
the demands of the selected marketplace. Chapman Design Group, Ltd., is
responsible for the residential design of developments including Baker Square,
Boston, Trump Palace Court and 1049 Fifth Avenue, Manhattan and Somerset House,

for over a decade, Norma King Design, Inc., was founded by Norma King. The
firm has strong design abilities across a broad spectrum ranging from
traditional to contemporary, which translates to achieving desired marketing
objectives for a wide variety of clients. Norma King Design, Inc., is
responsible for the residential design of prestigious developments including
Greenwich Gables, Connecticut, 52 Park Avenue and The Lucerne on
Manhattan's Upper East Side and The Westclair, Toronto. The firm has
also designed projects in Washington D.C., Miami and Montreal.
The Borghese will also introduce the 22-foot high Grand Rotunda lobby and the
luxurious Intermezzo Club Room located on the amenities level of the
condominium development. The marble floor of the Grand Rotunda lobby is an
intricate Kamazo-detailed Romanesque design, which leads visitors to the
concierge desk or to the grand staircase and the second-floor amenities.

Piazza at Paces, a mixed-use residential and commercial development, The Borghese
is a luxurious twelve story, 62-unit property with an additional penthouse
level and is located at the intersection of Northside Parkway and Howell Mill
