Atlanta, GA (May. 31, 2002) - Ronus Properties, LLC announced today that four new tenants have leased a total of 26,217 square feet at The Forum, the nine-story office building at Piazza at Paces in Buckhead. Terms of the leases were not disclosed.

The new tenants are:

• Darden & Company, a construction management firm. The company has leased 1,211 sq. feet on the third floor.
• Kan Am Services, LP, a commercial real estate investment company with offices in Germany and the U.S. Kan Am has leased 14,020 sq. feet on the eighth floor.
• Medicraft, a spinal medical sales company. Medicraft has leased 2,558 sq. feet on the third floor.
• Reicon Capital, LLC, a venture capital firm. Reicon Capital has leased 8,428 sq. feet on the second floor.
