Southeast Capital Partners, Inc. Announces The Development Of Villas Di Borghese

Atlanta, Ga. (June 13, 2001)... Southeast Capital Partners, Inc., today announced plans for the development of Villas di Borghese, a fee simple townhome community. The townhomes are being built on the property adjacent to The Borghese and the Piazza at Paces and are located just south of West Paces Ferry Road on Northside Parkway.

"The Borghese is a luxury property and we wanted to ensure that the development around the property would meet the same standards. Our intention in the design of Villas di Borghese is to create a different style while still complementing the Piazza at Paces lifestyle," commented Jay T. Villas di Borghese will consist of two phases of 20 fee simple townhomes each for a total of 40 homes with prices ranging from the low $500,000s - $1.2 million. Sales are slated to begin in October 2001 upon completion of two model homes designed by the award-winning internationally acclaimed Toronto-based design firm of Chapman Design Group, Ltd.

Located in close proximity to The Borghese and the Piazza at Paces, a mixed-use residential and commercial development, residents of Villas di Borghese will be able to enjoy a wide variety of luxurious amenities. These amenities include on-site banking at The Forum, dry cleaning services, fitness center, car detailing, sundries shop and fine dining at Joël which is being built on the lobby level of The Forum.
