The Borghese Scheduled To Celebrate Summer In Style With Exciting Events Scheduled Throughout The Season

Atlanta, Ga. (June 18, 2001)... The Borghese, the luxurious Buckhead condominium development that is part of the mixed-use residential and commercial Piazza at Paces community today announced their participation as a sponsor of the High Museum's Italian Summer as well as other exciting events planned for the summer. The events are primarily being held for current and prospective homeowners at The Borghese.

Among the array of exciting events planned for the summer season, The Borghese will kick off their sponsorship of the High Museum's Italian Summer by holding a wine, cheese and art party on Thursday, June 21st. A museum curator will make a presentation regarding the Michelangelo exhibit (June 23 - September 2, 2001 at the High Museum) and artwork from the prestigious Atlanta-based Lowe Gallery will be featured throughout the penthouse level.

Joël Antunes will host exclusive food tastings for Borghese residents and friends at The Borghese in July and August. Chef Antunes is scheduled to open Joël, his first restaurant in the United States across the Piazza in the lobby of The Forum in Fall 2001.

The beautiful model homes designed by the internationally acclaimed Toronto-based design firms of Chapman Design, Ltd., and Norma King Design, Inc., will be open for previewing during each event.

The Borghese is a luxurious twelve story, 62-unit property with an additional penthouse level and is located at the intersection of Northside Parkway and Howell Mill Road one block south of West Paces Ferry Road. The development offers an array of amenities to residents including The Intermezzo Club Room for entertaining, heated outdoor swimming pool, private health club, library, 24-hour concierge, valet service, on-site banking, dry cleaning services, car detailing, sundries shop and fine dining at Joël. The Piazza at Paces also includes The Forum, a mid-rise office building.

The Borghese is being developed by Southeast Capital Partners, which has assembled a team of top-notch companies to bring the property to fruition, including Alexander Weiner Baker Architects and Hardin Construction Group, Inc. The property's primary investor is Ronus, Inc., the U.S. real estate arm of a European group owned by Ronald de Waal. Exclusive sales and marketing is handled by Coldwell Banker The Condo Store.

Southeast Capital Partners, Inc., established in 1993, is a highly respected Atlanta-based firm that has successfully developed over $100 million in luxury condominiums and townhomes in the Atlanta metropolitan area. The company's principals are Jay T. Clark and Satish S. Lathi.
